SW: Dark Empire Special Gold Edition comic book 6 issue miniseries. Same
as above but with gold foil etched logo on front cover, and solid black back
cover. These comics, limited to 5000 sets, were sold as a set of six by the
QVC home shopping television network in 1993-03 for $50.00, which included a
"certificate of authenticity and limited availability" from Catch a Star
Collectibles. Within two months of its first appearance, collectors were
offering as much as $200 for the set in mint condition.
