Vintage Sandcrawler Firstshot Description: This sandcrawler firstshot was shot in the same color as the production toy except for the door which is bright blue and the elevator / suction tube which is slightly lighter brown. The stairs have some black hash marks on them.
Also interesting on this piece is the fact that it's lacking considerable detail that is present on the production toy. Most of the thin lines that appear on the production toy are missing from the firstshot. This is consistent with some of the old photographs found of the sandcrawler wood pattern (see image 4) that show some detail on the original wood sculpting but not all of it.
Star Wars "Give-A-Show" Projector Film Strip Artwork Description: This artwork is the actual mockup used to create this film strip. The piece is actually one long strip with 7 cells on it. It is 28 inches long and 4.75 inches tall.
12 Back A / 20 back design mock-up proof card Description: This 12 Back A proof card was mocked up to display what the new 20 back card design would look like. You will notice that the top left price area has been airbrushed as has the "LP" logo. More information on this piece is available at the Star Wars Collectors Archive.
